USPS domestic deliveries affected by COVID-19
USPS announced that due to the COVID-19 pandemic’s effect on transportation availability, some services will experience delays beginning April 17, 2020.
USPS Priority Mail: Local 1-day delivery will not experience delays. However, the 2-3 day delivery window will be extended to 3-4 days.
USPS First-Class Package Service: 2-3 day delivery windows will be extended to 3-4 day delivery windows.
USPS International Packages: Currently, USPS has temporarily suspended acceptance and delivery of international mail items to several countries.
Please check the latest updates HEREDuties and taxes are not included. The receiver is responsible for taking care of the duties and taxes.
USPS will still do its best to deliver packages as quickly as possible.
When will my order ship?
Order processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Once we package your order, one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll receive a shipment notification email as soon as your package ships.
How long will it take to receive my package?
It will all vary by the shipping service you select and where you are located. Standard shipping takes 3 - 5 business days, Priority mail will take 2 - 3 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may take longer. We are shipping from Richmond, VA.
Returns.
What is your return & exchange policy?
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You can return your product for a store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method within 15 days of receiving your order. All returns must have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
How do I place a return or exchange?
We're sorry you didn't love your ARTIPS. Please email us at hello@artipsstudio.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your package, it will take 3 - 5 business days to process the return. However it usually takes 5-10 business days to appear on your credit card statement.

HOW LONG DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TAKE?
International First-Class Shipping normally takes 12 - 21 business days and International Priority Mail Shipping takes about 6 - 10 business days. Customs processing can affect the delivery time as well.
WHAT IS THE POLICY ON THE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur. We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier. Please double check your shipping address and phone number.
